The hotel offered a huge variety of meals for continental breakfast. the location in Bishopton was stunning and incredible. - Next to the hotel, there was a seafood restaurant.

Very quiet, although the motorway is very close and pretty audible. Beautiful property, beautiful garden.

The lighting with red spotlights in the corners of the room looked a little uncomfortable.

The staff was incredibly attentive and very caring. Everything was very comfortable. - the unit we got had a fabulous view of the Clyde. - the unit had updated bathrooms. - the unit had a four poster bed.

The place was fantastic and had unobtrusive and courteous staff from the manager down to the porter, liked the stay. The location was good, near to non-existent pro shops deep inside the main building and a local restaurant. It also was close to Glasgow airport in an idyllic setting.

When you're in the area and want to go shopping, this place is top-notch! 🛍️ It offers a simply stunning and high-quality experience.

On arrival the staff were very attentive and welcoming, the hotel was in a beautiful location with a warm and friendly atmosphere. It was a sunny day and we sat outside with a glass of bubbly to celebrate our arrival. We loved the grand hall, it was very impressive. All in all, the main hotel was an excellent standard, the food was excellent and service was great!

When we arrived we were given a room in the basement looking into the car park and there was a smell of damp in the corridor. However, when we asked if any othere rooms were available they were quick to offer 3 alternatives and our luggage was moved for us. I would have to say that as a regular at other 5* hotels the rooms and facilities did not have the usual 5* touch. no mini bar, broken fridge, no little luxury welcoming chocolates/wine etc. Also, I would not class as a spa hotel as it has no vitality pool, experience showers, just a pool and treatment rooms which is generally available in any local gym.

In 2011, it is simply inexcusable for a hotel of this calibre not to offer some method of air-conditioning in its rooms. Mine was stiflingly hot and spoiled an otherwise superlative stay.

The accommodations here are very luxurious, incredibly spacious, and the bathrooms are also quite large.

We were attending a wedding there, the staff were more than accomodating, they worked hard to allow us an earlier check in. Most attentive and very helpful. This is our 2nd stay here no complaints It is near the country yet near the city centre too it has every facility that you could want, pool, full gym,golf lovely gardens.

Stayed mid week. Had no reason to complain at all. The impressive exterior design was matched by the interior.

The location was particularly good and gorgeous, by the golf club which isn't very good, with a delightful view. " the continental breakfast offered a great selection of dishes.
